I’m not seeing anything suspicious on any managers’ calendars in my org. No private meetings, no 15-minute meetings, nothing out of the ordinary for this week or next week.
I think the OP needs to do a cross reference between all the LL's to determine what is going on. Please report back with your findings ASAP, lives are a stake.
I saw a meeting on my boss's calendar last August on Thursday the 18th, last afternoon. Private meeting. Low and behold his boss has the same private meeting along with most of the other LL5s.
That's prob what the OP is referring to.
When it happened to me last August, the meeting was a last minute surprise. Mine came through Sunday evening - late - maybe 8pm or later. Meeting time was 1030am Monday for 30 minutes with an LL4 I had never met. And she had six 30 minute private meetings back to back - I was the last one.
I don't think any meetings far in advance will mean anything. It's the last minute / unexpected meetings with LL4+ that should have you wondering.
But, hey... With Ford, who really knows. That was just my experience.

OP - If the meetings are private how are you determining they are "sketch"?
