It appears 2 class actions have been filed in the northern district Illinois. Just google mondelez news. Should be one of the articles that pop up.

What I'd like to know is why this law firm has our names, addresses, ssn, marital status, retirement account info, birthdate, ect. ect. Dont be surprised if some creatine half way around the world is the new you. FUBAR!
