God speed: Needs an "Independent" Chairperson for the Board of Directors. As-is, not the current CEO, continuing as the Chairman.
Why is there more time remaining for this current CEO to be fired? I would have been fired!!!!

Hindsight: The CEO should have been fired prior to the one-year probationary period. Probably, most likely, this CEO, was exempt from that policy applicable to the rank and file.

His lack of leadership and lack of common sense business chops has been nothing but calamitous to the brand, culture, and cash flow. He has been fibbing about 5G since he learned how to pronounce it in English.
