The q1-2023 report shows that headcount is 115.5k. Verizon had approximately 250k
in 2007. So, I would say massive outsourcing and massive layoffs/attrition.

If you review the quarterly reports, the number of employees remaining is documented from quarter to quarter. Just look at the details sheet. Look at 2Q when they come out.
