If you are under 60 I would suggest to everyone to polish up their resume, interviewing skills and get the heck out of Wells. All levels. Wells doesn't owe you anything and vice versa.
Over 60 there is the "wait for layoff" game. Here again, you should polish up your resume and interviewing skills. Learn how to use chatGPT to help you.
100% AGREE. No career and the job s.u.x. Morale is in the toilet.
FRTO.
Lesson one of life: don't consider any company to be your career.
Do not stay 34 years like I did. I thought I had a career being a loyal employee. You got axed with no thank you for your service. Make a career elsewhere with a company that appreciates you.
Just anther day on the plantation aint nothing nobody can do about nothing
totally agree!!
100% true. It used to be a career before, but now it as a job/task for pay. They messed up titles, promotions, relations, love to my job, my desk, my work, my task, screwed up everything ...,
Agree with this. If you just need a job to make money, WF is ok. I’m just working here until I’m thrown out or I don’t want to work any longer. I have no expectations of promotions or anything else. I would not recommend a young person to work here.
