Dennis eliminates workplace flexibility and then holds an AMA working from home with a virtual background to make it look like he's in the office. You can't make this stuff up.

Next time his majesty Dennis Howard has an AMA, please ask him to share the % of time he works from home. It’s only fair that all managers publish their %in actual office numbers
Lead by example or don’t lead at all
Dennis Howard is a politician, that’s all he’s ever been. Surrounds himself with the yes men. Has no ability to hold Heier accountable. I think it’s the other way around, Heier puts the ball gag on Dennis. Either way, both are completely incompetent and no amount of RTO is going to fix the dysfunctional organization that they run. If you care about your career, leave for browner pastures.
I’ve always liked Dennis. Something tells me he is not completely behind this plan.
