Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Town Hall !

" Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial Commercial."

Looks like the King is heavily programmed with his Commercial agenda or he would have tried to implement something in GS but Goldman rejected that Idea !

The term that you’re looking for is “Hiring Contract”.

Then explain this, @1nls. Are we a charity or a for-profit company?

@1lwu

You’ve missed the larger point. Of course we monitored during WFH and productivity suffered. That’s exactly why we’re bringing people back to the office. Sc--w off now and it’s lose your job.

@1irx, you missed the point. If you can tell that productivity is down, why do they need to track badge swipes to tell who's in the office?

@rqc

That’s not an answer. How did Robin’s career end at Goldman Sachs? It’s ok to say that you don’t know.

@1uwo

We’ve been there, done that, and overall productivity dropped. It turned out that our employees weren’t adult enough to work from home. Can’t blame Robin for that.

They all spew talk about being commercial but all our efforts have nothing to do with commerce or making a profit.
From creating ESG products that no one wants to forcing poor people to open checking accounts, we just love to spend money to feel good even if it doesn't make us any. Not to mention giving profits to woke bigoted organizations such as the SPLC. And paying millions to track who's in the office when it could simply done based on their performance if working from home is so unproductive.

He really comes across as an arrogant shyster- not at all trustworthy or believable.

Bet he’s gone before the end of 2024 w/ a huge golden shower… I mean parachute
