Of course! He has multiple degrees from the Indian Institution of Science and Engineering, New Delhi. I called to verify. They told me the dates he received his degrees and his GPA. Most likely not. Verizon's policy is based on people that can interface with a stack of technically illiterate people. I cannot say how may times I have heard, "I am not technical!" I cannot help but think when I hear that, "What are you doing in a technical business then?"
