Only OLD Oriskany reqs are still showing. Is this a sign that this location is on a closure list? You can confirm this ominous fact by checking job postings in Oracle and Eightfold. Anyone knows why?

The smart people in Oriskany took Charlie’s heads up and found new jobs.
It's one thing to not be a growth center. But laying off people and not posting reqs is reducing, not maintaining.
And yet we have known that Oriskany will be closed in January 2024 per Charlie Scharf’s guidance from for 3 1/2 years. Charlie is long gone but the announcement was never retracted. And now it’s about to happen. I don’t have E.S.P. but I do read and pay attention to Corporate Communications.
Those three growth locations make a lot of sense for drive and intellect coupled with a great work ethic. Sometimes our management really does get it right.
And Charlie was right on with his Oriskany guidance. Right down to the year.
Coming up on Scharf’s 4 year guidance for Oriskany closure and now the Rip Van Winkles are waking up. Love it.
So if we account for the bs “growth locations” factor still it can’t explain why no postings in last 2 months. I tried to compare this to other locations NOT in India, Pittsburgh, and Lake Mary and they all have some recent postings. We can’t say there’s no there there when it comes to Oriskany. It seems BNYM is silently existing this location before a final announcement

Nope. Charlie never mentioned Oriskany. Ever.
Charlie gave Oriskany a full 4 years notice of closure. Hopefully people are taking it seriously. He’s long gone but nobody has rescinded that notice.

You won’t see knew ones because the only locations that reqs can be filled out of now are india, PA and FL. That was announced months ago . Another great idea by our fearless leaders
It means you don’t pay attention to communications. All locations , you know 140, can only hire out of the 3 they deemed as growth sites
Seriously stop with the rumors. If you actually paid attention you’d know that all locations were told that we can only hire out of the 3 bs “growth sites” going forward. That was communicated months ago
