If terminated for poor attendance do you still get severance? Is that considered with or without cause

Pfff this company is still in the stone ages with the associates and will fire you for falsifying a time sheet. Clock in clock out mentality will never be an innovated or technology driven company. Too many hard headed bell heads still running this.

You think OP was asking if between now and their off payroll date they were terminated for attendance would they still get severance, I believe the answer is yes you would

Um, that's a big no as an individual termination. If you are part of a layoff and selected based on ranking due to your performance, then yes.
