Reorg in Legg org

Has anyone heard there will be a reorg in ATS? Or, in the future as a result of RTO?

New ciso coming soon, just more 'noise' to the mix. The re-org to finalize what started last fall never completed, then Bill left. Hang onto your seats! :)

Same old same old…musical chairs with the “same” corporate toadies (mis)leading the way. This constant shuffling is of zero (true) value-add and tantamount to window dressing.

“Why don’t the id--ts do a voluntary offer? If they are so damn determined to run people off why not??”

T is broke. They can’t afford voluntary payments. They were trying to avoid RTO severance.

I'd be all too happy to volunteer to leave this asylum even if it was for a reduced severance payout. The problem is, T knows there is a lot if craft personnel that would go in a New York minute!

"I was told explicitly a workforce reduction is almost certain to come after some time after RTO. And that people who didn't RTO will likely be first on the list for cuts."

Um, that kind of sounds obvious, the deal they're offering is you either RTO or relo, or you're gone, so those that don't won't have to wait too long to find out.

Would assume that some higher managers will not move, so they could rearrange and consolidate groups that may lose larger numbers of lower management et al.

Every org will need restructuring after this debacle. That may well be the only good thing coming out of this stinky mess.

Massive reorgs, forced role changes as well.

There are going to be reorgs in just about every tower/department.
