We don't have leaders. We have self-serving grifters who are doing all they can to stuff as much as possible into their own pockets before they leave. We shouldn't be rewarding them by calling them leaders. The fact is, WFC hasn't had true leadership for decades.

Agreed. The definition of a leader is not Charlie. He is more like a criminal
Just call them "those in leadership positions."
Yeah, one of the "leaders" in my area was just a smooth talker & hired consultants to do his job for him at about $2M per year. Seems like we have allot of smooth talkers that don't know how to do much. But hey, it gets your foot in the door. Once they get in they grift. The workers get used & used up.
