The only loyalty I feel after all this bullsh-t is to me myself and I.

Our AVP is either outright lying to us and saying that there’s nothing to share yet, or they truly did all this without a solid plan. How they don’t get that all of this has people, even those who are “safe”, looking for other jobs is astounding.
But then I’m sure that was half the strategy to begin with. Good luck everyone!

Good info. Any other info that can be shared about the Firstnet realignment would be very much appreciated. So I’m the dark about it all, as others are, I’m sure.

The Public Sector realignment has been finalized with the exception of a few tweaks with personnel assignments and a few individuals have been notified but, the final notifications should all go out the first part of this week. Very telling the way that some "leaders" have chosen to keep their direct reports, managers, sales reps, support staff, etc totally in the dark, not even acknowledging the elephant in the room on team calls or taking Q&A, and I can't imagine staff loyalty following these individuals after the dust settles if they still have jobs. Best of luck to you all.
