The next 2 weeks should be quieter with the holiday and mid-years.

Townhall with Bacum a month or two ago, he stated that it is happening 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarter with reevaluation ongoing because things change, he didn’t give any numbers.

The target dates move due to so many moving parts, layoffs, RTO, reorganization, movement of work/processes to other groups, onboarding AI, legalities, HR workload, etc… Definitely those left will see an increased workload and span of control.

"Mid-July after the week of the 4th it all goes down…"

People that were surplussed on Thursday are off payroll on July 6,7 (I'm one), so it makes sense. Wait for the first batch to exit, then move on to the next one.

Our VP had a call Friday and told us RTO will be done in 3 waves. Letters going out by June 30. The first wave (if you’re moving) will have to move by the end of 2023. 2nd wave is in 2024 and 3rd wave in 2025. Those away from any hubs will be 1st. Relocation assistance is available but will be extremely limited. I took that to mean no real chance of relocation assistance. Also any exemptions have to be approved by the C- suite. So pretty much no chance for exemptions either.

“I can confirm more layoffs are coming in July.”

If you truly can “confirm “ more are combing in July then please provide org, department., AVP, group and when this is to occur in July.

Lots of trolls just dropping posts then waiting to see people’s reactions. If you are going to post something specific, then please be specific.

News is expected every week. There were craft numbers on 6/15, there were some management & hub relo news last 48 hours. There will likely be more by 6/30 as promised since that also coincides with end of Q2.

Pertains to RTO and not surpluses, Documentation on How/Where We Wirk portal on HR OneStop states that we will be notified by June 30th.

As someone already mentioned on a different thread, there are also a documents showing the different, current designations and their definitions. There is another document with designation definitions that states it is effective 7-1-23.

Well Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin claimed he was turning his forces around from a march toward Moscow. The announcement comes as the Belarusian government claimed President Alexander Lukashenko had reached a deal with the Wagner boss to halt the march of his forces on Moscow FYI.
