WARN act notices

There are no WARN act notices from Ford:

https://milmi.org/WARN/

Doesn't this imply that there will be fewer than 500 layoffs?

500 layoffs is peanuts for Bill ford. Add another zero.

To get the 1.5 $ billion in costs.

We laid off 3000 last august. Try finding the WARN for that.

Ford must've found some way to not have to report there.

No - there will definitely be more than 500 laid off. The last time that it happened in 2022 there was no WARN notice either because the layoffs occurred in multiple sites across multiple subsidiaries. I think the WARN notice only applies if a company plans on laying off more than 500 of its workforce at a single site like a plant or a physical office.

As has been started multiple times on this site. Offering a minimum of 1 month of severance counts as a 30 day warning and gets around the WARN act. There were no WARN act notices last August either and that one was 3000.
