Supposed to go to EV, but now they're having layoffs in the E divisions?

How do you think they're able to afford the lost productivity when they shove yet more late career people out the door to avoid pension burdens and higher insurance rates associated with the 50+ crowd. Not to mention the initial costs of hiring the outsourced replacements.
