Sounds like we all get to worry for the rest of the week now. Awesome.
Yeah. I was blind to all of this because my previous manager was very good.
he literally cares for the people in the team.
Takes actual time to really talk to you as a person.
so despite the burning building that is Ford. It was bearable he appreciated our work and pushed us to be better. After he left?
That's when I saw the ugly reality of the company.
I thought Ford was filled with amazing people like my manager turnd out.
he was the exception and not the rule.
I feel ya. I gotta get out of here after this. (Or during this). This constant worry is making me physically sick. I’m always worried and can’t even seem to work to my full potential. This place isn’t healthy.

Just know that there are a lot of good people at Ford and we are all there with you. The lesson I learned from watching good people get let go that had no money or back up plan was start putting your things in order for the eventual day one gets the axe. Work on developing skills that are marketable. Update Linked in and allow recruiters to call you. It's a good feeling to interview so you can see what is out there and what skills you need to add. For me the stress came from feeling like I had no control over it.
Feeling the same, let’s stay strong. We will find another job sooner or later and it will be better than the current one
