I am an E-commerce TL and have been told I must shop 6 hours per shift but still get all my other TL and admin tasks done. Anyone else experience this?

I'm a TL on a product team. Every single TL at my store works at least six hours on the floor daily, stocking, breaking truck and helping customers. The only exception is the SS TL who always seems to be on the computer. There really isn't more than 10 hours of "administrative" work that a TL needs to do every week. Sorry sounds like you kind of su-k at managing your time.
WFMOA is going to see major changes. They let too many drivers mess up. If they don’t fix that part then the entire program will fail. Flex is trash. Their drivers are trash.
Kinda sounds like they are telling tou that you actually need to work
im pretty sure thats their way of telling you and most of us to quit . im not talking about your store leadership (if you can call it that) , im talking about amazon
