Got mine yesterday, with target hub just listed as "Metro..." instead of actual building location. But also that our time frame is 18-24 so no mention of the actual move or severance, etc.
Just got my RTO letter. Just said have to move by the end of the year to Dallas. Any severance offers will be sent “sometime later” . Means I’m being held hostage until an unknown time. Bau
Yep, in the Paradise org, still waiting.
T will always have consistent and predictable surplus events every single 90 days…no group will be without impact in these cycles. Although these seem random and without logic, to the contrary they are planned with relative precision. Planning occurs 6 months out or less, and by the time you hear about them the decisions about who have largely already been made with a few exceptions. You will always have a job somewhere in T if you really want one, it might be lower paying with less attractive benefits in a location you don’t prefer, but remember, that is part of the employment/unemployment system T has built and will continue until the business is broken up and sold.
My manager was laid off
Managers don't know a damn thing either. Total BS at this point. It's going on 2 months since the announcement and no concrete details have been given since then.
Ask your manager
" We were advised they would be released 6/30"
"Who cares...."
It's still bullsh-t
