Since I'm going to be laid off, can I reject the review given to me by my jerk manager?

Manager found out you were a malcontent and didn't do much work. What a jerk.
If you're already out, take the opportunity to not only reject your review, but to offer a pointed, factual, detailed, and explicit review of your manager and the company in the comments section.
Don't use profanity or get into any sort of insults or whinging. Just tell the truth with as much actual detail as possible.
Sure, it won't make a difference, but it's better to go out honestly and by stating your piece than to just be meek and leave quietly.
Take the opportunity to respond in writing. Their is a comment box that allows for it. If you plan on coming back in 6mos as a contractor with so many others you may want to let it go.
Why does it matter? Not like your review at AT&T has any impact on a future job.
I would just ignore it and not accept or decline.
I’d say yes!
