Unfortunately, it never feels like enough, because the work culture is so toxic, you always want to be away. The higher you go up the management tree, the less trustworthy and knowledgeable the people are. They treat employees like nothing more than a number. Thousands of people have been, and continue to be, laid off simply because they aren't in a specific city; not because of their performance. This is the absolute worst place I've ever worked. The pay is decent, but not nearly enough to make up for how awful the daily work environment is. Their favorite words to use are "full transparency" as they lie to you and hide true agendas.
