According to NJ WARN notice, 183 positions will be cut by Aug 26, 2023. Perhaps people have already been notified.

Aug 26, 2023 is the last day on payroll for those that were notified on May 24th, according to the 90 days notice dictated by the New Jersey's WARN Act
New Jersey is 90 day notification
WARNs are filed 60 days in advance, where required. These people have already been notified.
My co workers who were rif’d in the last one that happed, that’s their last day. So I don’t think it’s new people.
