Word is original plan was about 2700 heard some got pushed to next quarter as skill transfer projects behind schedule. No final tally leaked as of yet.
How did you come up with 8000? That's a massive number that needs backing. Not that I'd put much faith in Ford right now, but spokesperson said it would be significantly less than the 3000 from last summer.

Probably >8,000 salary heads total in June when you factor in agency and contractors fired last week too.
Another big round coming this fall another 2,000 heads fired in USA mainly Michigan.
Our area of PD was much lower than that. I'm seeing a little under 2%.
Our space had close to 30% cuts including the cuts on Friday.
