Sounds to me that management is whining because it’s not 1975. Corporate needs to “grow up” and realize that “change is hard” and with tech, there’s no reason to be in the office except for ego st-----g. Yes, in office is most beneficial for them, but you need to change with the times …

Nobody is forcing you to do anything.
