Same cr-p, different year. All I hear about is how people are way to overworked, had half their departments offshored, and have no workplace morale. Gone are the days where it was fun to work for Ford. Now everyone just goes on linkdin to share the same story management tells them to. Good luck to everyone affected by todays drama. I left last year and only miss the people, but with everyone WFH it was never going to be the same as pre-covid anyway.

First I thin it starts with BF!. His track record speaks for itself. Failed CEO and then we have have the train station. As the WS journal put it a few months back. BF and his family only qualification is the name on the side of the building.
Why investors do not call them out for that Train station is a mystery to me.
As for JF. He has been a group VP since at least 09? He proclaims to be a car guy (his own words). But we have lost market share. But he said he was a car guy!!!!
I still can not find one accomplishment he has done? Again he thinks he is in the same league as Bob Lutz, Lee Iacocca, Hal Sperlich...

JF had the never to use a comment from BF.. That this is the best management team he ever saw... Yeah.. Like I am going to believe a guy who was fired by his own family (FACT 06). His own family was going to sell the preferred stock.
Look at the Lions when BF gets involved.
Then my favorite the Worlds largest "CRACK HOUSE".. First a campus to rival Palto Alto..Yeah maybe a Palto Alto in a 3rd world country.. Because that area looks like Beirut not Silicone Valley..
