This is hilarious. It had to be posted by a troll OR someone who is awful at their job but because they survived layoffs in the past, think they are actually good at it.
Anyone with any sense of reality knows that Ford will get rid of a great employee who makes more than their peers before they get rid of a cr-p one that makes less.
There’s also a bit of politics involved as well. I’m always shocked by how many genuinely useless people survive these cuts based upon their a-s kissing, connections, etc.
The entire situation would be laughable if it wasn’t so awful.
Yes they have and will cut good performers. It’s a numbers game. They have a $$ Target not a performance target. Many high achievers got cut last year.
