In honor and respect for our terminated salary brothers and sisters let us all join in a WEEK of silent quitting, do nothing, say nothing. I plan to quietly sit at my PC, move my mouse, and contemplate working at Ford. Is the pay worth it? F-BF, F- JF, F-DF, F them all!

Why? Everyone knew it was coming. And it will come again give it six months. They’ve been talking about getting rid of people in large quantities to compete since at least 2016/2017 reorg. Mark Fields retracted news article of letting go of 25000, Jim Holland being asked if we are going to do layoff during town hall….not this year!…and then Hackett administration now Farley administration. They want to lower hc similar to GM. When they start throwing billion dollar cost saving numbers around they will always cut labor.

If they had self respect they would not take pride in being a good little worker bee for a company like Ford.
People who actually have self respect will use this week to take care of their mental health, stand in solidarity with their coworkers, and not over-extend themselves for a company that continuously exploits and disrespects them. I‘m with OP on this one.
I wonder if this act is hurting the business or JF. We need a successful business since it’s the best interest to a lot of employees and local communities that depend on it. However, what’s the best way to let JF hear the voice, mostly Bill Ford and the board must hear it and take actions on a failed CEO?
Please just quit. Your colleagues don't want to put up with your nonsense. They still have some self-respect and won't hide behind their screen.
