Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Two possibilities

I don't even have to mention why I am against RTO, there are many reasons.
But I've been thinking how realistic is the possibility that CS, after realizing that there is huge resistance to RTO, will return to more flexible ways of working?
Or maybe that possibility has no chance?

They do not care and will not stop, as already said this is a sc-mmy way for them to backdoor lay off workers. Just stay till they fire you, and in the meantime put feelers out for competitors with better accommodations.

That has no chance they’re going to crack the whip and that’s that. Either you’re going to go along with it or they want you to quit. Director didn’t even care i don’t own a car anymore and can’t afford to buy one. Said hope you figure it out if you want to keep working here.

Not until they reduce labor costs by 18 to 20%.
