I think I will leave mostly because of the manager. How many times have useless managers gotten in the way of you doing your job to the best of your ability?

Half the managers know nothing, they just ask stupid questions and prolong the meetings and waste time.
I asked my boss for an additional engineer just to answer all of his questions.
Hey if my manager wastes my time that is their problem. I used to work more to make up the time but there is no reward for thet so I just get less done if they bother me more.
I would never let a manager or anyone else make me leave my job until I was ready.That’s just stupid.
