My role was impacted and life@ford access went away in minutes before I could process the information. Any idea how I can get my final few months payslips?

Yeah I'm not emailing three forms of ID to some random email address. Just saying.
HR services are a cluster. Good luck dealing with the yahoos!
Five patents filed in one year. Most ideas are closed after review. It is objective and measureable. An algorithm or HR team could use it. It was not. It shows performance or innovation do not matter.
I was laid off in august 2022. I had 5 patents in 2022 pushed out for processing with United States patent office. I received the first few checks of 250. But then the payments stopped while others I did the work with still got paid. So in my experience you will not get paid for your patents but I believe you will still get the credit as I had to work with the lawyers for submissions still.
About paystubs. Ford started mailing them to my house address for patents, final pay, and later the bonus
