Seen a few Sekou fansboys talking about how he will make changes for the better. He has been here since 2022. What has he done or put in motion for any change?

He's doing a great job, only wish he would fire incompentent regional executives like Judy Verb who hire and promote family members and vape during company meetings, as the fall guy for Timmy Welsh he is right and smart to not trust the USB employees but to hire his people from Chase a better run bank.
External hires agreed. Little to no internal hires from UB or USB. What's a joke!
