Farley and co know that it’s going to be difficult to make a profit on BEVs even built in Mexico

So the insurance plan is cut many NA white collar employees and outsource to LCC. So if BEVs don’t make money they will offset some of that with lower labor. This is what happens when Feds (FJB)and private industry get into bed together. Rich get richer (politicians and CEOs). Middle class gets the middle finger

Innovation...now that's funny! I worked on the electric Ranger in the 90's at Ford. Now it's 30 yrs later, and they're acting like this is all new to the world. We had 30 yrs to get it together.. 30 yrs!!!

The Federalist has a problem with something changing. Shocking.

I guess I should change that pseudonym NWGs because Ford is shooting for 100% “diversity”, meaning No White Guys.

Good guess, but you missed.

It’s Only White Guy.

Hey, OP, if you're going to be quoting The Federalist and making up the science - at least stick with the old Federalist naming conventions. Call yourself Cato or Einstein or Platypus.

Old White Guy just does not cut it.

The only hope I see for electric vehicles is to adopt these:

  1. Replaceable standardized battery cartridges for quick swapping of dead/defective batteries
  2. All EVs equipped to connect towable gas engine generators that users can rent (or own) as needed.

I don't have a problem with electric motors driving wheels. It really is a simpler, more robust way of doing it. Trains have been doing this for decades. But POWERING those motors, that's the trick.

You watch. Elon Musk will latch onto ideas like these and crush their competition.
