Ugly: nepotism
SSDD in ITO. Once again the best cut; the inept loafing sycophants remain. Instead of cutting the non-contributors (now 55%) they keep cutting the cream of the crop. The behavior is too consistent for it not to be an intentional brain and talent drain.
