Make all employees miserable so you can cull the herd

Even though you have made zero effort to identify the weak and not needed. It's like 52 pickup only they lost 9 cards and still expect to run a poker game. I think people(Customers) are going to notice and I think you have invited acts of sabotage. I have never seen people this angry and fed up with "Leadership". 20 years ago a VP meant something but today it's a 40 year old MBA with a sociology bachelors and no hands on in anything.

What does it take for shareholder lawsuits to start being filed? That is the only thing that will stop this crazed behavior from the C-suite.

I can't recall any of our VPs from the last 10 years because they change all the time, and they're all the same. As useless as the last guy.
