Sitting here under code red air quality in Charlotte, and I read that one of the things I can do to help is to limit driving. Yet Wells Fargo, in all its ESG greatness, demands that I drive into the office, further contributing to our polluted skies.

Wells Fargo, where you are forced to get an approved excuse from a medical doctor in order to work efficiently and not destroy the environment.
Wells employees should gather in groups and rent a flophouse together for weekdays.

The other thing nobody talks about is that automobile accidents are the #1 cause of death for Americans aged 20-44 years old, and ki-l more minorities than white people. RTO is a subtle way to ki-l off minority employees.

Had the same argument with my management in Irving. Wells Fargo puts on a good public face with respect to the environment, but they really just care about occupancy levels in their toxic corporate towers. Anything for those state and local tax incentives that pay for Charlie’s 20 million dollar salary. We suffer. The planet suffers. CEOs still get paid. Is it over yet?🤦🏻♂️
