The return date within the letter is just last possible date to report to that listed location. Each business unit leader (VP) can determine how many days and time to return. Some leaders outside the 2 main HUBS (Dallas & Atalanta) are requiring 5 days a week with a July 10 start date. Next policy letter will be everyone going in 5 days a week.

We find it's always better to announce return to office on a Friday. Studies have statistically shown that there is less of an incident if you do it at the end of the week.

On the email is says starting on July 10 begin living for designation.

But when you click on the 'how and where we work ' link it says Dallas and Atlanta begin living their designations on July 10.

All others on Sept 5.

I'm not in Dallas or Atlanta so does that mean Sept 5th is my day to start 3 days a week.

Conflicting information.

Notifications come via a very generic ema which indicates your status worth office worker or virtual. If you are staying at yore current work location it clearly indicates that and if you have a different location in clearly indicates that as well. I’m market based so I stay in my local office (sorry I don’t share specific work location here)
