No word yet for Orlando's Research Parkway bldg. Mobility Collections, Mobility Sales Call Center, ATS, AP, Return Mail and Training developers are main occupants, and a 1st floor drop in office (maybe 40 cubes). CRE manages building from Dallas, with all maintenance contracted out. Last year they closed the Fitness Center to save money.
Depends on your organization. Some in Tampa now have a designation of Orlando. They've become TW. Reporting in 1 day/month.
