Trust me you will be the most happiest person after leaving bullsh-t BofA. There are tons of opportunities out there with better pay. (Personal experience)

How long were you with the company, which LOB and any severance?
Fwiw, might sting just now (mostly from the shock, I'd expect), but everyone I know who has been let go or left on their own (even if they did not have another job lined up) are ALL MUCH HAPPIER.
They never let you know when they lay you off. Unless it’s a mass layoff then they have to report to the Workforce commission in your state.
