@1rt - I think it comes across like perfect sarcasm which is indistinguishable from checking off specific HR/head honcho talking points. I see essentially this same post repeated in many threads often to seem like it's either consistent sarcasm or troll-bot type repetition

@vtv+1nnhl50r I don't get it. Why would you take Bill Ford's endorsement of the leadership team like it's some undeniable truth? If the team was not the best in the world, would you expect him to admit it publicly? To say that he picked an incompetent leader?
And even if he did feel this was the best team, so what? Bill was a terrible CEO. His judgement can be less than perfect.

Ford is being transformed from a viable company to a footnote in history by a cadre from the Clown Continuum.
It truly feels like a sinking ship. Multiple ll6 confirmed another round coming soon but this time only for management level. After layoffs some ll6s have only 2 or less reports how do you justify a team then. I don't see ll6 becoming individual contributors or demotion to gsr so only option is clean up and reorg
Completely false. If you paid attention at all, you would realize the current Ford leadership is the best lineup we have ever had. Doug Field and the other new members from the top tech companies. Don't believe it? Look what Bill Ford himself said about the current leadership ranks. These times are transformational and actions must be completed.
