Seems like everyone is quiet in meetings but I get the impression people are on edge about if they will be around 2 to 3 months from now

The job market is weaker than most people think - at least in Michigan. Folks should do some job searching before deciding to leave Ford.

People are going to leave — this Ford family is comparable to the most dysfunctional sick family dynamic — RUN — there’s no job security at ford
Knew a few people that could afford to bail before being let go — just couldn’t take the bullsh-t and disrespect —- all-in GSRs and LLs dedicated to Ford — and then there’s those that remain who adopt the Ford legacy style which is hold meetings, extend projects for months, not making decisions and coukd be eliminated without impacting any of their projects cuz they’re useless — ford is f’d up and really think it’s Farleys fault
I feel like I'm too old to start somewhere else. I have to try to ride it out. About half of the younger employees I know have said they are looking for jobs elsewhere.
3 rounds of layoff this year. I don't see why anyone would stay.
If one can get jobs must really leave Ford and Auto.
