I wish the job market was stronger so I could maybe get some better offers but Im at least starting now instead of waiting until September 25th to be potentially laid off

I took it because i was offered remote but I did have better offers money wise that werent remote unfortunately.

I read it as OP had an offer from Ford and (perhaps not?) offers from other, less desirable, employers. He/she made the best choice at the time and is now bi--hing about it? Sucks to be such a loser.
You will regret more when you are on laid off in September.
The OP regrets not taking a different job when times were better. Not the @OP is trapped. Looking for employment in this market is futile. The OP took a job on the Titanic, when he should have taken a job on dry land.
