May 16: you will hear from your supervisor within 30 days.

45(!) Days later: you will be informed by July 31st.

What? They can't count on CRE to know what space will be available. Was there no plan? (Hint: no there was no plan)

What a debacle.

RTO the locals and see how many quit. Then do the RTO hub city relocate letters if any room is left in the buildings. I see another straight surplus as well keep an eye on 2nd quarter financials. I see this as the plan now.

It would have come across as much more professional and organized if everyone received their letters on 6/30. Especially because that is what was sent out in print from HR. Bad move to not be ready with all letters regardless of designation. Caused more angst that needed and an unprofessional roll out.

Leadership has spent a lot of time trying to shed severance requirements for those not planning to move for their positions. Legal reviews have led to delays.

I think what happened is based on how well the ATS relo plan was already done ( i think they were planning this for a long time), the mouthbreathers up top thought they could just copy/paste the policy for everyone else to shake people out.
