I hear that the analysts in HR can't figure out how to keep track of anything. Are you in compliance, or not? They really don't know.
Some of these people at Fido are just the worst and can't figure out even the smallest of things.
I like the so-called "transparency" part. Understand what they are saying is, "we are tracking those that are not fully participating, and those people will not go unpunished. "
At least it sounds like they’re not increasing it for now.
But they can’t deny the sentiments now with those overwhelming results.
Wow, what a load of bullsh-t - today's email
Basically, we listened to you in the Pulse results and here is why everyone is wrong. A big FU to everyone.
Email just went out - connect weeks are staying as-is until at least Feb 2024 but managers will be asked to come in more often
Boston FREC just announced that half the storage lockers are being converted from week-only to long term storage. I think this all but confirms that we're going to more mandatory onsite time soon, at least in Boston...
Actually there was remote opportunity years ago before Covid for some soooo
No news, means bad news.
When are they announcing the September schedules? We’re 6 weeks out at this point.
Oh you poor little babies. 2 days at home! S-b s-b. Not too long ago there wasn’t any remote opportunity. Get your bu-t back in the office!
I agree and was thinking the same yesterday. Hopefully this means it’s not increasing before the end of the year.
It’s crazy how they still haven’t announced a plan and there’s only ~7 weeks until September. People want to plan their lives, childcare, job searches, etc. They get upset when people schedule vacations during connect weeks but people are making plans well before the schedules are released at the last minute.
@1uay+1nrM8RF9 Wrong. That would mean people actually voluntarily talk to you.
Stay angry.
I heard you're a slacker!
