Not only are we all underpaid ( no equity/ actual upside) but we have to deal with this constant fear of getting let go in the next 2 to 3 months.

I worked at Ford from 2005 to 2008. Advance Engineering.
Absolutely a very bad place to work in.
Management don't trust each other, The political scene looks like middle east or south china sea your choice.
Poor culture and everyone is for himself,
I never felt I belonged to a team.
In over fifteen years i've been gone from Ford the stock still is barely above ten dollars.
This company can not innovate because it does not promote the correct people.
