I have no transferable skills. In fact my skills deteriorated since I joined.
My only saving Grace is that I have no family and can relocate but nobody wants to hire me since Wells took away not just my skills but my dignity.

Get out of Wells Fargo. They will mentally torture you and make you feel like sh&t about yourself. Get with a company that will appreciate you not only as a worker but as a person. Wells Fargo has made us all feel like there is no hope. We should not settle for

Get a professional assessment as others have suggested, to identify what is or isn't transferable. then you can figure out what development work you need to get to where you want to go.

OP, you have transferable skills.
I suspect WF has made you feel otherwise but it’s not true. It may not be the type of role or amount of money you are looking for, but you have skills to take somewhere else if that’s what you want.
Reach out to a recruiting agency or a resume writing service or program and they will help you dig into and ask you job questions questions that will help you recognize and highlight those skills.

plenty of places both inside and outside the bank to get skills you just have to take the initiative. Don't blame the company for your lack of ability and drive. there are 16 other hours in the day for you to do something about it.
In most scenarios, Wells teaches banking skills that were relevant 35 years ago. Your eyes will be opened when you leave. And yes, your skills will diminish at Wells if you aren’t proactive

I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps sign up for a mentoring program and identify some strengths that you can build on. With time, effort, and focus you can succeed.
I am in the same boat, mid 30s now and have banking my soul but when I really think about it my skill set is useless outside of this dump. I don’t even want to work in another corporate environment after this place’s matrix sheep exhausted me.
