VZ and AT&T executive meeting in Palm Springs

Confirmed meeting between both executive teams early next month in Palm Springs. Goal is to discuss and finalize a merger between both firms to keep them in business beyond 2025. Can you imagine Lily saying “Can you hear me now?”

So I think it's pretty obvious now. This was about the lead cables.

Whomever partners with Amazon will likely be able to shoehorn in expanded voice coverage via Amazon sidewalk.

Yes, using complete strangers using your paid internet connections, for free, with no authentication, as part of the package!

Plausibility, VZ & AT&T (Ma Bell), negotiating how to "block" Amazon from strategically planning a MVNO, Mobile Virtual Network Operator, path to stop offering cell telephone service.

But T-Mobile will sell their MVNO, receive residual revenue, and further expand the T-Mobile footprint.

VZ will declare Delaware bankruptcy and VZ be expunged. Then cable companies will buy the assets for pennies on the dollar.

Preferably, not Comcast but Charter Communications due to the stranglehold for New York City customers.

The truth is challenging to accept at times but, change is inevitable for both of these firms. Very ironic the Devils of both company’s would be meeting in one of the hottest places in America. Driving wireless communication reform is a necessity for long-term sustainability can one really imagine our wireless network as a public utility? Do your homework or troll as you may.

Unrealistic, because the current president in the oval office would disallow. His people at the FCC, FTC, and DOJ, would block, therefore would have to go through the court process.

Very expensive == as-is, currently, the attempt by Microsoft to unblock the FTC Activision merger, through the court system.

By the way, Microsoft should win and whether the loss will be appealed by the current oval office president, to an appellate court, where has an appointed blue judge.

The last time ATT tried to merge with a company it was TMobile. The justice department banned it, ATT had to pay them a huge fee, and that's how TMobile got the ball rolling to become the major success it is today.
