Lump sum pension takes 45 days.
Did you mean severance or retirement? If it is for retirement, you have to submit additional paperwork.
Submitted my waiver on 08/23/22. My severance was deposited in my checking account on 09/15/22.
Submitted pension choices form on 0824/22. Financial institution received lump sum pension check on 10/18/22.
It comes in with the jelly of the month club.
I received mine mid September. Was retired Aug 22.
Four weeks after you sign it is pretty typical; I was part of the April 2022 SIRP class and those I knew that were part of it, too, got theirs in about 4 weeks,; so did I.
