The Safety managers are trying to justify their salary. It has become very hard for them to do so. All of the low hanging fruit has been trimmed. The last thing a Safety manager found in our group was a microwave oven in a CO. Great find to keep us safe dangerous microwave emmisissions. I know he could not explain ionizing radiation vs. the sun light. That's OK, he makes more than I do. They will be trimmed soon enough.
My last network manager manager was a white female with a serious case Borderline personality that severely impacted her ability to manage her emotions, she used to lose control while doing DAILY safety Inspections on technicians.
I live the fact that I was able to increase her impulsivity by asking her things she did not know, affecting her negatively how clueless she was, lol.
But somehow she got the job..
