Everyone who is not part of the union is called a manager unless they are in the pure TTP track. There are not 60,000 HR managers that manage people. A level one in a call center answering the phone is a manager.
I used to be a line man for AT&T, the problem is 60,000 MANAGERS, my garage had 36 line-men we had 8 managers, 4 senior managers, 3 district manager, 1 regional manager. The company is extremely top heavy.

if you look into this piece, there are is ONE Stocks that the market absolutely hated. First on the list, that is AT&T. First half or year to date performance down 13%. Investors really concerned about slow collections, people paying their bills late because of economic troubles has had a really tough three or four years trend to continue.

We are losing revenue in Business wireline. I believe it’s our worst segment.
