Everyone keeps to themselves, people don't respond on webex for hours and there is really no culture.
I wouldn't be surprised if attrition skyrockets

On each Ford project/team, take the time in the beginning to figure out who is actually doing the work and interact with only those people. This will save you a lot of headaches as if you can’t figure out what a person is contributing they are providing services to leadership un-related to productive work. (Inevitably informing on coworkers, sabotaging projects to curry some leaders favor, credit stealing, blaming, whisper campaigns with other coworkers to shun the people doing work). Sad to say but this same behavior is a daily behavior among our leadership all the way to the top.
I say it’s a step beyond no collaboration. I’ve seen and experienced backstabbing.
I honestly disagree. My section and parallel groups bend over backwards to help each other out.
